Tuition installments are due at the start of each program. Workshop series (Baby/Tot), camps, intensives, immersives, Pop-Ups and Birthday Parties are due at start of program.

Forms which can be filled out/signed located on our registration portal must be signed upon registration:

• Parent Waiver Liability Form – Health & Safety
• Model/Photo Release Form

Frequently Asked Questions

What are tuition late fees?

A late fee of $15 will be billed by the 30th or 31st of each month for late installment payments not paid on the 15th or by the 20th. 

What if I need to withdraw from a program or class?

You may withdraw your child from programming. However, tuition is non-refundable but if you seek to withdraw, you are responsible for all fees incurred up to that point. You may submit a class withdrawal form.

What if my child misses a class or is absent?

Students will not have an opportunity to retake classes in most cases but adjustments may be made for missed lessons or rehearsals such as revisiting material or going over elements of class and rehearsing for performance prep and the like.

Are all students assessed an enrollment, performance and costume fee?

Yes, where applicable. If your child is not performing for a season performance they do not for example have a performance or costume fee.

How does class and level placement work?

Each student is offered a placement opportunity and interview session with Yauri Dalencour regarding their dance experience and interest. Students will be leveled in classes based on age and interest as well as experience. For our three (3) junior dance companies, students are invited to audition. 

Are there rules our conduct and tardiness?

Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any dancer who displays unsatisfactory behavior. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, teachers reserve the right to ask a student to sit and watch class.

I have a query I don't think was addressed in the FAQs! Do you really charge students $0.05 for hair ties or footies if they do not come to class prepared with something holding their hair from beautiful afros and curls to long straight hair or dance shoes on their feet (unless indicated otherwise) for class?
